2. Stock Availability

We aim to keep stock levels accurate, but availability is not guaranteed. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or supplied with shorter best before dates.

If an item is unavailable, we will issue a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days.

3. Best Before Dates

Products may have varying best before dates depending on type and ingredients.

Unless otherwise stated, we aim to supply products with a minimum of 3 months’ shelf life. If you require longer dates, you must specify this at the time of ordering.

4. Cancellations & Returns (Consumer Rights)

• You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.
• If your order has already been dispatched, delivery costs may be deducted from your refund.

If we make an error with your order, please notify us within 1 working day of receipt so we can resolve the issue.

If you change your mind:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse returns where goods are opened, tampered with, or made to order.

Clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Approved refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

5. Returns Process

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

All payments must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
