Our selection of wholesale sweets is indeed extensive, and we understand that it can be overwhelming to know where to begin. Whether you’re launching a new sweet shop and venturing into pick and mix sweets for the first time or you’re organising an event and need guidance on your choices, we’re here to assist you every step of the way. Do you sell bulk sweets to the general public or just businesses?

The majority of our customers are businesses, given the substantial volume of sweets packed into our bulk sweets bags and jars, we primarily cater to commercial clients. Understandably, most consumers wouldn’t require 3kg of jelly beans on an average day!

However, if you’re organising  a large event such as a wedding and are able to meet our minimum order requirement, we’d more than happy to assist you. Should you have any questions before placing your order, please feel free to reach out to us.

Do you accept overseas orders?

Currently, our online ordering system is designed to accept orders only within the UK. If you're located overseas and interested in purchasing our wholesale sweets, please reach out to us directly to explore the possibility further. We'd be happy to discuss your options and accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.

How to order

We've put significant effort into making our website user-friendly. While our "All Bulk Sweets" page showcases our entire confectionery range, we've organized our wholesale sweets into logical categories for easy viewing. The left-hand sidebar also provides filtering options if you wish to narrow down your search. Additionally, our handy search feature allows you to quickly find specific products.

Each product has its own page with detailed information to aid your decision-making process. You can create a wish list to save sweets of interest or utilize our comparison feature. We'll also suggest other bulk sweets similar to the product you're viewing.

Simply add the confectionery you'd like to purchase to your basket. When you're ready, proceed to the checkout to swiftly complete your purchase.

Prices

We strive to maintain our competitive prices by nurturing strong relationships with our numerous suppliers. However, the costs of raw materials like sugar and cacao can fluctuate significantly over time, along with production and packaging expenses. When these costs are adjusted by our suppliers, we may need to revise the prices of certain products that we sell. While we aim to minimize these adjustments, we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.

Payments

Our secure payment system ensures the safety of your online transactions, accepting all major credit and debit cards. It's important to note that your sensitive credit or debit card details are not stored on any of our servers.

Delivery

We understand that the cost of delivery is a significant consideration when purchasing wholesale confectionery online. Returns

If you need to return all or part of your order, you have a 14-day window starting from the date you receive your order. Please contact us directly before returning any items so we can anticipate their arrival. You are responsible for covering the return postage cost, and once we safely receive the items, we will issue a refund. Whenever possible, please use the original packaging for returns, or use substantial alternative packaging if the original is unavailable.

Returned items must be in a saleable condition and must not have been opened or tampered with in any way.

In the event that any part of your order is faulty or damaged, please notify us within two working days of receiving your order. We will request as much information as possible and may ask for photographs to illustrate the issue. Based on this information, we will advise you on how we plan to resolve the problem. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to address any issues promptly and effectively.
