We’re here to help you as much as we can and hopefully, this page will answer many of the most commonly asked questions about how you can place an order with HS Wholesale Sweets. If your query is more specific however, please do get in touch and we’ll happily answer it for you.


Wholesale confectionery advice

Our range of wholesale sweets is certainly vast and you might not know where to start. Perhaps you’re setting up a new sweet shop and embracing pick and mi sweets for the first time? Maybe you’re planning an event and could do with some guidance on what to choose? Whatever your query, we’re here to help as much as we can. Our family has been heavily involved in the UK confectionery wholesale business since 1962 and so we have much experience and knowledge to offer you. Please just ask us the question.

Do you sell bulk sweets to the general public or just businesses?

The majority of our customers are businesses, due to the sheer volume of sweets that are packed into our bulk sweets bags and jars. Most consumers would not want to tuck into 3kg of jelly beans on an average day!

That said, if you are planning a large event such as a wedding and can meet our minimum order requirements, we’d be very happy to serve you. If you have any queries ahead of placing your order, please do get in touch.

Do you accept overseas orders?

At this point, our online ordering facility will only accept UK orders. Should you be located overseas and be interested in purchasing some of our wholesale sweets, please get in touch to discuss this further with us.

How to order

We’ve worked very hard to make our website as easy as possible to use. Whilst there is a page called All Bulk Sweets that showcases our entire confectionery range, we’ve split our wholesale sweets into logical categories for you to view. The left hand side bar will also give you filtering options, should you wish to drill down further. And of course, you can make use of our handy search facility to seek out a particular product quickly.

Each product is displayed on its own page that offers further information to help you make your decision. You can also set up a wish list to collect sweets of interest or use our comparison facility. We’ll also suggest some other bulk sweets that are similar to the product you are viewing.

Add the confectionery that you would like to purchase to your basket and when you’re ready, click through to the checkout to quickly complete your purchase.


We work very hard to maintain our competitive prices, retaining strong relationships with our many suppliers. However, raw material costs for items such as sugar and cacao can vary considerably over time, as can production and packaging costs. When these costs are passed onto us from our suppliers, we may have to revise the price that we sell particular products at. Whilst we try to do this as little as possible, we do reserve the right to do so without notice. 


Our secure payment system takes care of your online payment, accepting all major credit and debit cards. Your sensitive credit or debit card details are NOT stored on any of our servers.

This entire website is secured by strong 256bit SSL certificate encryption provided by This protects all data, including your personal details, from being discovered by any third parties.


We know that the cost of delivery is an important factor when buying wholesale confectionery online. Working with our courier, we’ve developed a competitive and straight forward pricing structure for our delivery charges and you can read more on our delivery page. Most importantly, delivery is free when you spend £400 or more on our bulk sweets.

If you wish to return all or part of your order, you can do so for 14 days, starting on the date that you receive your order. Please contact us directly before returning any items so that we know to expect them. You must pay for the return postage cost and we will refund you on safe receipt of the items. Please try and use original packaging to return the items where possible, or substantial alternative packaging where this is not possible.

Returned items must be in a saleable condition and not have been opened or tampered with in any way.

If any of your order is faulty or damaged, please contact us within two working days of receiving your order. We will ask you for as much information as possible and might require photographs to demonstrate the problem. We will then be able to advise you on how we intend to resolve the problem for you.

You can update your account information anytime, by logging into your account on our website and following the instructions. If you have any queries about changing your account information, please get in touch with us.
