We work hard to get your wholesale sweets order to you as quickly and as efficiently as possible. The following information provides you with further details about our delivery service. Should you have any specific queries which are not covered, please do get in touch with us.
There is no minimum order at HS Wholesale Sweets. When you place your order online, your delivery cost will be calculated as you go through the checkout. Orders over £400 (excluding VAT) to the majority of mainland UK enjoy FREE delivery. Our charges are determined by three zones, which reflect how our courier operates. The following map and charts explain this fully.

For zones 1 and 2, we use a 24-hour courier service that operates from Monday to Friday and we will always aim to despatch your order on the same day that you place it, if it is received by 12pm (Monday to Friday only). However, please do allow up to 72 weekday hours for us to pack and process your order at the warehouse. Neither Saturday nor Sunday should be included in our timescales stated and an order that is despatched on Friday will not arrive until Tuesday.
For zone 3, please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery.
Please supply a complete and accurate delivery address when you place your order with us. Should the courier have to return your order to us due to errors in the address and being unable to deliver, you will be liable for the return cost that we get charged by the courier.
The courier will deliver between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. They will require a signature when they deliver your order, so please make sure that someone is available. If nobody is available, they will attempt to deliver three times in total, before leaving your goods at the nearest post office if this is practical.
Orders up to 200kg are generally packed into boxes and delivered in this way. Above this level, it is likely that we will use a 48-hour pallet delivery service. Somebody will need to be available to receive the pallet and unload it on receipt. Please contact us prior to placing a large order if you will have difficulty in receiving a pallet delivery. Note that the courier charges us a redelivery fee of 50% pallet rate if they are not able to make the delivery to you. We reserve the right to pass this on to you if you were not available to receive the goods.

The majority of mainland UK is in zone 1. Here is a detailed list of postcodes associated with zones 2 and 3 to help you fully understand your delivery costs.
Zone 2: IV, HS, AB, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT
Zone 3: IM, TR21-25
Any missing or damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence if applicable. You will also need to provide a copy of the signed delivery note. Please email your claim to [email protected]. Failure to do this within 48 hours will invalidate your claim and compensation will not be given.
