Free delivery over £400 (excluding VAT) to most of the UK
When you place an order online, your delivery cost will be calculated as you go through the checkout. Orders over £400 (excluding VAT) to the majority of mainland UK (Zone 1) enjoy FREE delivery. For the same zone, orders under £400 will incur a £15 delivery charge. You can understand more detail about our delivery charges by viewing our delivery page. We work with three geographical zones across the UK, as determined by our courier.
For Zones 1 and 2, we use a 48-hour courier service and will always aim to despatch your order on the same day that you place it, if it is received by 10am (Monday to Friday only). However, please do allow up to 72 hours for us to pack and process your order at the warehouse, especially at seasonally busy times.
For Zone 3 (Isles of Scilly), please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery.
Hassle free returns
You have 14 days to return your sweets to us in a saleable condition, should you change your mind. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage but we might be able to arrange for our courier to pick the goods up for you and deduct the cost from your refund. Please contact us directly if you need to return all of part of your order.
If any of your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you to resolve the problem swiftly.
